After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your purchase. You will also be contacted by a member of our team within 48 business hours confirming stock and availability status. If the item(s) you purchased is on backorder, you will be contacted at this time with the anticipated backorder timeline and other next steps. Please note that all timelines are subject to change.
Order processing time will take between 5-12 business days. Please note that this duration may vary during peak seasons and promotional periods.
Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the corresponding tracking information.

Your item will either ship by Truckload Freight with a third party carrier or Ground with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
For items that ship by Truckload Freight, the transit time for delivery can be expected to take 8-10 calendar days. The freight provider may contact you by phone to schedule delivery. It is important that the freight company can easily contact you, as missing the delivery window and having to reschedule delivery may result in additional fees. If you are unreachable by the freight provider or our team, your order may risk cancellation.
For items that ship Ground, the transit time for delivery can be expected to take 5-7 calendar days.
We are only able to ship our Online Exclusives within the contiguous United States. We are unable to offer international shipping or deliver outside of this region at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience!

If your item arrives damaged, please contact a member of our team via the chat feature on our website. All damages or defects must be reported immediately for claim filing purposes. It is required to provide photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label in addition to a detailed description of the problem in order to file a claim with our vendors. We will work diligently to reach resolution.
For your convenience, we provide order tracking services. If applicable, you will receive a tracking number along with the shipment notification. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order on our website or the shipping carrier's platform.
A shipping address may be modified if presented within 24 hours of placing an order for an in-stock item. An address may be modified for a backordered item, depending on its timeline. Please inquire with a member of our team for further assistance. Please note that any last-minute address changes are unable to be accommodated. It is important to ensure that your shipping address is correct during the checkout process.

We are pleased to extend our refund policy to encompass eligible purchases of furniture, lighting, rugs, and large-format art within a 30-day period following the delivery date.
To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to our E-Commerce Manager via email, within 30 days of the delivery date. Please provide the email address associated with the order and the corresponding order number. Once our team approves the return, you will receive the necessary information to commence the return procedure.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging and returned to the appropriate party. Additionally, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. The customer is responsible for arranging the freight to return items and all said freight charges. THELIFESTYLEDCO is not responsible for any fees that may be associated with this freight process.
Please note that returned items must be dispatched via mail within 14 business days. Please be advised that returning the item(s) is undertaken at your own risk, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging or any loss or damage sustained during the return transit.
Kindly be aware that items received in a damaged condition or returns not received within the specified time frame will not qualify for a refund. You will be promptly notified via email once the evaluation process is completed. Please note that not all furniture, rugs, lighting, large-format art, or online exclusives are subject to our return policy. The LCO team strives to provide you with the most accurate inventory and estimated shipping timeframes, but are unable to guarantee a delivery date. If there is any change to the item(s) in your order, a member of our team will contact you.

Orders for a backordered item may be cancelled so long as the item has not already begun processing. If there is an outstanding balance, you will receive an invoice via email to pay the difference. If there is a remaining balance, you will be refunded the difference to your original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Free order pickup is available at our warehouse and three retail locations with the exception of online exclusive items! An email will be sent to you when your order is ready to be picked up!

Small parcel shipping is used for products that are smaller in size and weight. Freight shipping is used for products that are larger in size, heavy, bulky, or are easily breakable. This includes furniture, large format rugs, lighting, art, mirrors and large accents. Small parcel shipping is for products that are relatively small in size and weight. Small parcel items are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Freight shipping is similar to FedEx or UPS, but freight carriers specialize in carrying large or fragile items.
Many of our home decor items are handmade, vintage and/or considered delicate. Use extreme care. All clothing is best cared for hand washed and hung dry. In special cases, a care tag on the garment may instruct DRY CLEAN ONLY. Please refer to the care or wash tag on each garment for specific care instructions.

At this time, white glove delivery is not offered. Freight providers are not authorized to remove any existing furniture and/or packaging.
