#75thBuild was a spec project, located in Scottsdale, AZ, completed in partnership with E&S Builders and Modern Splendor Homes. So many rooms in this home had grand, identifiable moments, like the muted mustard cabinets in the laundry room, the all black cavern inspired primary bathroom shower or the 16 foot ceilings and 10 foot sliders in the great room, but the overall feel of the house was balanced and tranquil. Our team travels often for industry events, projects out of state and leisurely, and when we were mid-design for this project, we were in San Francisco! We didn’t realize it at the time but there were so many moments in this house that translated directly from that trip like the backsplash selection in the kitchen and the oversized custom barn doors leading into the office. While this project offered ample square footage, 5600 to be exact, there was an intimacy about each space that felt like home.
