Kristen Forgione, Founder + Principal Designer, leads a team of creative professionals that meets every project with a contagious energy and passion for original design, while focusing on a collaborative experience between our process and our clients' wishes. We actively seek out like-minded individuals who are authentic and open, as we've found these clients make the best partners!
While each project is tailored specifically, our design fees are based on an hourly rate of $195 per hour and are calculated with a maximum number of hours to allow our clients to budget for their projects in a more proactive way. Our current single room minimum is $5,850. This is based on knowing we will require a minimum of 30 hours to complete even the simplest of spaces.
After years and years of limiting our project scopes to full-service design only, we’re pleased to introduce our new menu of Design Services, created to expand our client reach and ultimately guide more of you through the journey of making your house a home, or designing that exceptionally unique boutique commercial space.
FULL-SERVICE DESIGN
Our Full Service Design is led by our team of expert level Lead or Senior Design Directors, in partnership with other qualified construction or Design professionals. We source furniture and materials from vendors both locally and globally, and selections are tailored specifically to each project and client. Projects within this service include:
Custom or Spec New Builds - Local and nationwide
Large Scale Renovations - Must have a minimum budget of $500,000 and be located within the state of Arizona. Must also have the ability to fully partner with a General Contractor from THELIFESTYLEDCO’s network of preferred General Contractors. Renovations out of our local area are not currently being considered.
Luxury Interior Furnishings - At least two spaces, with little to no existing furniture and a minimum budget of $100,000 - Local and nationwide
Select Boutique Commercial Projects - Local and nationwide
For projects that require travel, we are actively learning more about custom or spec new build projects, and large scale Luxury Interior Furnishings ONLY. Travel fees will apply.
CONSULTING HOURS

This service can be taken out of our Design Offices to production/tract builder Design Centers in our area also!

SIMPLESTYLED is THELIFESTYLEDCO’s answer to all of those unfinished spaces in your home, focused entirely on STYLING! SIMPLESTYLED is for individuals who aren’t in need of Full Service Design, but still want our signature aesthetic in their own home and are located within the Phoenix Metro Area.
We pack up all of the Designer-approved home decor, bedding, throw pillows, textiles, accessories, micro art, and small accents that you see in our retail shops and Design projects, and bring them to YOU! In addition to styling, our SIMPLESTYLED team can also suggest furniture, rugs, lighting, and art for your home based on your individual project needs and budget.
The goal of SIMPLESTYLED is to provide a SIMPLE, efficient and approachable experience within your four walls, performed by our team of trained styling professionals. While traditional Design can take months, or even years, this service is envisioned to make a quick impact by providing that final layer for a complete look.

My family started a new build project over 3 years ago in Payson, AZ and mid way through the project we received unfortunate news that a family member was sick. My mom turned all her time to this issue and asked me to step in on all the design and building process. I have never been apart of any design or construction, but I purchased the Organic Desert Learning course and went from there. I began to love all things design and had so much fun going into their stores, bonding with staff and continuing to learn. After eight years of living in our home, and trying to decorate on our own with mixed success, we knew it was time to engage a professional to work with us. We found THELIFESTYLEDCO in 2016 through a friend that had selected them to do an update of several rooms, and we watched as their project came together. We really liked what we saw, and after meeting with Kristen, knew they were the right choice for our project. We tackled a full first floor remodel that included new flooring, custom millwork/trim, lighting and furnishings. They were with us every step of the way, and captured exactly what we were looking for, working hard to deliver the vision within the budget we established.
