Set in the heart of Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood, this 9,100 square foot renovation transformed a mountain style home into a light filled retreat layered with natural stone, organic textures, and timeless details. Designed for clients we first partnered with eight years ago, the home reflects the same qualities they continue to love: bright, balanced, and welcoming. With six bedrooms, six and a half baths, a basement gym, casita, office, and lounge, the home was created for both function and everyday living. Airy whites, warm wood tones, and layered natural elements create a soft yet refined atmosphere where cottage charm meets sophisticated finishes!
