Built in partnership with Carder Development and Grady Olsen Design, this 5,500 square foot spec home was a true collaboration from start to finish! When we joined the project, the home was in drywall, which gave us the opportunity to layer in identity, character, and intentional design moments that brought it to life. With five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, dual floating staircases, a gym, pickleball court, and two laundry rooms, this home is as functional as it is grand. Inside, warm white oak, clean lines, and layered textures set the tone for a modern yet inviting vibe. Every space was thoughtfully planned to create a home that supports both everyday living and elevated entertaining!
