Finding the Right Bench for Your Space

An entryway or mudroom bench should hold up to daily use, since it's where shoes come on and off and bags get set down before a coat goes over the back. A bed bench sits at the foot of a mattress, offering a place to sit while getting dressed or a surface for folded throws at night. A dining bench pairs with a table for flexible seating, particularly useful when a kitchen needs more seats than chairs alone can provide.
