E-Commerce Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to support our online operations and customer experience. This role involves managing order workflows, maintaining accurate product listings, supporting customer communications, and ensuring the seamless operation of our Shopify storefront. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Job description, including but not limited to:

Manage incoming orders and online chat inquiries in collaboration with the E-Commerce team.
Conduct frequent checks on existing orders and keep customers accurately informed on order status.
Coordinate freight and shipping arrangements for orders.
Handle damages, issues, and resolution processes for orders.
Create listings for design-related projects.
Monitor inventory levels for drop-ship decor items and update the website accordingly.
Proof product listings created by virtual assistants to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform regular website checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.

COMPENSATION:

The Must Haves:

Shopify experience (managing products, orders, apps, basic troubleshooting).
Technical proficiency with strong Google Suite skills, with an emphasis on Google Sheets.
Customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
A positive, collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a team.
