SIMPLESTYLED is THELIFESTYLEDCO’s answer to all of those unfinished spaces in your home or commercial space, focused entirely on STYLING! SIMPLESTYLED is for individuals who aren’t in need of Full Service Design, but still want our signature aesthetic in their own space and are located within the Phoenix Metro Area.

SIMPLESTYLED is SIMPLE! We pack up all of the Designer-approved home decor, bedding, throw pillows, textiles, accessories, micro art, and small accents that you see in our retail shops and Design projects, and bring them to YOU!

In addition to styling, our SIMPLESTYLED team can also suggest furniture, rugs, lighting, and art for your home or commercial space based on your individual project needs and budget.

The goal of SIMPLESTYLED is to provide a SIMPLE, efficient and approachable experience within your four walls, performed by our team of trained styling professionals. While traditional Design can take months, or even years, this service is envisioned to make a quick impact by providing that final layer for a complete look.

Styling Fees

SIMPLESTYLED projects start with an initial investment of just $1,500 with half going towards your installation and the other half covering our product minimum of brand-new, hand-selected decor. This simple fee includes a dedicated member of our team (aka your new Styling BFF) to guide you through the entire process, furniture suggestions, planning, scheduling and your actual installation day! Whether you want to style a single room, or have a full house in need, the professional Styling Fee is just $1,500, plus any merchandise placed outside of our product minimum.

Product minimums do not include furniture, rug, or lighting selections.

Looking to swap out your rug or find a sectional that “matches” your coffee table? In addition to styling, our team of experts can recommend furniture, rugs, and lighting from our extensive catalog to complete your space! As a partner of some of the top manufacturers in the country, we have thousands of styles to choose from based on your individual project requirements!

styling curation + installation

Tailored to your needs, our team will style your spaces with merchandise from our shops to give you our award-winning, signature aesthetic! Within a few hours, our team will pack up and remove any remaining inventory and waste, leaving you with your refreshed, SIMPLESTYLED spaces!

We are currently only servicing SIMPLESTYLED projects located in the Phoenix Metro Area.

If you think we’re a good fit for your project, we’ll get the not-so-glamorous tasks, like fees and agreements, out of the way so we can get started on the good stuff…styling!

Project Installation

Our team will arrive with all of the styling components needed to curate and complete your spaces! After a quick walkthrough, our team will unpack in a designated workspace, and get started. Before you know it, your spaces will be transformed and ready for their grand reveal!
