SIMPLESTYLED is THELIFESTYLEDCO’s newest Design Service, focused entirely on styling at a per room basis for projects in the Phoenix Metro Area. This service is for individuals who aren’t in need of Full-Service Design, but still want our signature aesthetic in their own home.

The scope of this service is STYLING ONLY - meaning home decor, bedding, throw pillows, textiles, accessories, micro art and small accents. SIMPLESTYLED will not include placement of furniture or rugs, and will not require the services of any construction professionals.

The goal of SIMPLESTYLED is to provide a SIMPLE, efficient and approachable Design experience within your four walls, performed by our team of trained Design professionals. While traditional Design can take months, or even years, this service is envisioned to make a quick impact by providing that final layer for a complete look.

ROOM FEES AND MINIMUMS

Projects will incur a fee per room, plus the cost of all product placed. 
Three Room Minimum. 
$3000 new product total placement minimum; any remaining amount will be placed on a gift card for future use.

cancellations

A cancellation fee will be incurred when a client cancels without rebooking or rescheduling their install day. If a client chooses to cancel within 10 business days of their install day, 50% of their Styling fees will be kept as an assessed cancellation fee. If a client chooses to cancel outside of 10 business days, 100% of their Styling fees will be returned.

rescheduling

A rescheduling fee may be incurred when a client reschedules or postpones their install day. If a client reschedules within 10 business days of their install day, it will result in a $350 rescheduling fee.

install termination fee

Should the SIMPLESTYLED team need to terminate the install due to a lack of client compliance, a $650 fee will be assessed along with a rescheduling fee of $350.

trip fee

Projects outside of a 35 mile radius from our Gilbert Warehouse will incur a trip charge of $350.

HOW it WORKS

SUBMIT AN INQUIRY FORM

Within five business days you will receive a quote based on the information on your form. After understanding fees, you’ll be able to finalize rooms and accept the quote!

CONSULTATION CALL + SCHEDULE

Once you accept the quote, you will be contacted by our SIMPLESTYLED Manager to schedule a 15-minute video call to meet and discuss your scope of work! You will need to be in your home for this call to discuss all of the details for your SIMPLESTYLED experience! To help set our teams and your home up for success, there may be some prep required before we arrive.

To confirm your Styling Install, fees and agreements must be paid and signed!

PROJECT INSTALLATION

Our team will arrive with all of the styling components to curate and complete your spaces! After a quick walkthrough, they will unpack in a designated workspace and get started! Within a few hours, we’ll be in touch to invite you back into your refreshed, SIMPLESTYLED spaces!
