SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our charismatic team of talented, driven individuals. This role will lead day-to-day execution and growth of our social channels while contributing strategically to our brand presence! The perfect candidate is someone with a strong design eye, a passion for home and lifestyle content, and experience creating high-performing social content for design, consumer, or e-commerce brands.
You’ll balance content creation, storytelling, community engagement, and performance tracking, helping translate our interior design work and product offerings into compelling digital moments! Our team focuses on predicting trends and staying ahead of this evolving industry within all aspects of our marketing footprint!
This is a collaborative team environment under the creative direction of Founder and Principal Designer, Kristen Forgione. Our new team member must strive to further our impact within the design industry both in Arizona and as we continue to increase our footprint nationwide. JOB LOCATION:
In office M/W/TH/F, in our Phoenix (Arcadia) Design Office, Tuesday work from home when applicable. Hours are 8:30am–5:00pm.

Although this is a general outline of job qualifications, all partners are expected to be ''hands on'' and do whatever it takes to get the job done!
Content Creation + Execution:
- Plan, create, and publish daily social content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, etc!
- Film and edit short-form video content across channels, including brand storytelling, project reveals and before-and-afters, design installs and behind-the-scenes moments, styling tips and educational content, founder-led storytelling, product launches and e-commerce features, and local content highlighting our brick-and-mortar locations.
- Design simple, elevated graphics and reel covers that align with brand standards.
- Write thoughtful, engaging captions that balance inspiration, education, and conversion with balancing our brand voices throughout various accounts.
Social Management + Community Engagement
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform optimization.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and DMs in the brand voice.
- Help maintain a consistent, recognizable tone that feels aspirational yet approachable.
- Surface and integrate relevant UGC and creator content.
Strategy + Performance
- Lead the development and execution of social strategy and content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics to inform content decisions.
- Identify trends, formats, and cultural moments that align with the brand aesthetic.
- Test and optimize posting cadence, formats, and content themes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to support launches and campaigns.
- Ensure social content aligns with broader brand initiatives and business goals.
- Assist with paid social or influencer collaborations as needed.
- Represent THELIFESTYLEDCO® at industry events or happenings as required.
The Must Haves, including but not limited to:
- 2+ years of proven experience managing social media for a consumer, lifestyle, design, or e-commerce brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
- Experience planning, filming, editing, and publishing short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Later.com, or similar tools including Asana, Slack, etc.
- Excellent writing skills for captions, educational content, and product storytelling.
- Comfortable filming in homes, design installs, studios, showrooms, or behind-the-scenes environments.
- A strong eye for elevated, clean, and on-brand visuals.
- Organized, consistent, and able to manage multiple content streams at once.
- Passion for interior design, home, lifestyle, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Extreme attention to detail with an overall desire to produce consistent, accurate work.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask while asking for support and leading project progress.
- Desire to collaborate and take redirection, positively.
- Overall ability to temper reactions and focus on stable problem-solving.
- Positive, half-full attitude, with a killer sense of humor.
- Strong sense of urgency and mastery at prioritizing tasks.
- Knowledge of design related finishes, materials, color selections and specifications is a huge bonus!
- Endless and boundless, energy and a strong desire to complete tasks in a timely manner.
