The time has COME! We're back at it with another Source Share and this time, the spotlight is on our #64thBuild! Everyone went nuts for this project and it's officially going down in history as one of our most coveted and asked about projects. To give a little background for those of you who may be new around here, #64thBuild was a spec project built in partnership with Craft Homes. This home was 20 months in the making and let us be the first to say that all of the patience was WORTH IT!
We typically assign a Lead Designer to each project, but when it comes to spec builds, it's all hands on deck! While all of our projects are special in their own unique ways, specs always tend to be a crowd favorite. We like to think it's because our Designers get to flex their creativity and design muscles, dream and think BIG. Plus, when you get the LCO Design Team in a room (or around a table at another project install...yes, #64thBuild interior staging was designed fast and furiously while the team was on location at another project!), some serious design magic happens.
