#CactusCoastalProj

Our #CactusCoastalProj is a 6,500-square-foot new build with a unique, coastal-inspired design, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Despite being in the heart of the desert, this home exudes a serene coastal feel, incorporating plenty of texture and soft tones while minimizing the use of black as an accent. Built in collaboration with E&S Builders, this home features six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and a detached casita, providing ample space to lounge and entertain. The great room features a minimalistic fireplace lined with Bianco Carrara marble, a subtle yet powerful focal point in the space! We went BIG in the kitchen with a 57" workstation sink and two 36" white weathered pendants that elegantly complement the double 108" islands. Rich in textural elements and layered details, our #CactusCoastalProj is a tranquil oasis with the ambiance of a beach destination in the heart of the desert!
