In a bold transformation #TheRefinedRanch underwent a high-contrast, modern renovation, elevating its aesthetic to new heights of sophistication. Sleek lines and dramatic materials converge to create an atmosphere of contemporary opulence in the heart of an equestrian-centric neighborhood in Tempe, AZ. One of our clients is the owner and creator of The Refined Brim (which served as the inspiration for the project name), so it was only fitting that we made sure to include a dedicated “hat room” where she can bring her designs to life! From the striking black-and-white color palette to its unique use of sleek materials, every detail of this renovation exudes a certain vibe of elegance that revitalizes this home with a fresh and dynamic energy!
