In the charming neighborhood of Biltmore, Arizona, our Design team sought out to breathe new life into a previously dated home! Our Design team meticulously transformed the property, stripping it down to the studs and adding extra square footage, ultimately giving our clients a 3,700 Sqft intimate floor plan. The result is a home that exudes warmth and coziness, a perfect reflection of the client's taste and personality. What sets this renovation apart is the seamless blend of the client's personal pieces and our expertly curated furnishings and styling, making it truly one-of-a-kind. As Founder and Principal Designer of THELIFESTYLEDCO®, Kristen Forgione, says in the House Tour, "Size does not equal amazing design quality," and this project serves as a testament to our team's ability to flex our design muscles, crafting a home that is both aesthetically captivating and functional!
