Located in North Scottsdale, this renovation project included a unique transformation involving flipping the top and bottom floors of the home. Our clients had a deep attachment to their neighborhood and the breathtaking views it offered, so they chose to renovate rather than moving elsewhere when the existing floor plan no longer met their needs. While challenging, our Design team took this project head on and crafted a remarkable space that exceeded our client's expectations! One of the major changes was moving the primary bedroom upstairs to help capitalize on the desert views. The new primary suite boasts multiple sitting areas strategically positioned to maximize enjoyment of the stunning scenery, as well as an added outdoor shower and tub, creating a tranquil and private retreat. On the lower floor, the focus was on entertainment. The bar, theater, and game room were meticulously designed to offer a perfect setting for hosting gatherings and events. The fully stocked bar is a centerpiece for socializing, while the theater provides a luxury experience for their friends and family. Natural materials, warm tones, and cozy textures were carefully integrated to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere that our client's dreamt about!
