To ensure transparency and clarity, we have outlined our shipping policies and fulfillment times below.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your purchase. You will also be contacted by a member of our team within 48 business hours confirming stock and availability status. If the items you purchased is on backorder, you will be contacted at this time with the anticipated backorder timeline and other next steps. Please note that all timelines are subject to change.

Order processing time will take between 5-12 business days. Please note that this duration may vary during peak seasons and promotional periods.

Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the corresponding tracking information. For custom and semi-custom items, the expected processing time along with additional information can be found in the item description. Please allow additional time for custom orders.

Placing an Order

Orders can only be placed online through our shop website and not over the phone. For any assistance in placing an order, please contact a member of our team through the chat feature on our website.

Backordered Items

All items are subject to availability. Please contact a member of our team via the chat feature on our website for more accurate inventory and availability of your desired items. Our team strives to provide you with the most up-to-date inventory and estimated shipping timeframes, but are unable to guarantee exact timelines. If there are any changes to the items in your order, a member of our team will contact you promptly.

Optional White Glove Delivery - $149/Additional Fee Per Item

Shipping Methods

Your item will either ship by Truckload Freight with a third party carrier or Ground with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Truckload Freight Shipping

For items that ship by Truckload Freight, the transit time for delivery can be expected to take 8-10 calendar days. The freight provider may contact you by phone to schedule delivery. It is important that the freight company can easily contact you, as missing the delivery window and having to reschedule delivery may result in additional fees. If you are unreachable by the freight provider or our team, your order may risk cancellation.

Ground Shipping

For items that ship Ground, the transit time for delivery can be expected to take 5-7 calendar days.

Shipping Limitations

We are only able to ship our Online Exclusives within the contiguous United States. We are unable to offer international shipping or deliver outside of this region at this time.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact a member of our team. All damages or defects must be reported immediately for claim filing purposes. It is required to provide photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label in addition to a detailed description of the problem in order to file a claim with our vendors. We will work diligently to reach resolution.

Tracking Your Order

For your convenience, we provide order tracking services. If applicable, you will receive a tracking number along with the shipment notification. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order on our website or the shipping carrier's platform.

Address Changes and Delivery

A shipping address may be modified if presented right away within 24 hours of placing an order for an in-stock item. An address may be modified for a backordered item, depending on its timeline. Please inquire with a member of our team for further assistance. Please note that any last-minute address changes are unable to be accommodated. It is important to ensure that your shipping address is correct during the checkout process.

Returns and Refund Policy

We are pleased to extend our refund policy to encompass eligible purchases of furniture, lighting, rugs, and large-format art within a 30-day period following the delivery date.

To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to our E-Commerce Coordinator, Sophia, at sophia@thelifestyledco.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Please provide the email address associated with the order and the corresponding order number. Once our team approves the return, you will receive the necessary information to commence the return procedure.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging and returned to the appropriate party. Additionally, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. The customer is responsible for arranging the freight to return items and all said freight charges. THELIFESTYLEDCO is not responsible for any fees that may be associated with this freight process.

Please note that returned items must be dispatched via mail within 14 business days. Please be advised that returning the item(s) is undertaken at your own risk, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging or any loss or damage sustained during the return transit.

Kindly be aware that items received in a damaged condition or returns not received within the specified time frame will not qualify for a refund. You will be promptly notified via email once the evaluation process is completed. Please note that not all furniture, rugs, lighting, large-format art, or online exclusives are subject to our return policy. To check the return policy on a specific piece, please use the free chat located in the bottom right corner of our website and our customer service team can assist you.

Order Cancellations

Orders for a backordered item may be cancelled so long as the item has not already begun processing. If you wish to cancel an order for a backordered item, you can do so by contacting a member of our team via chat and providing them with your order details. Orders for in stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, but may not be guaranteed. Please note that once an order has begun processing, it cannot be cancelled. We recommend contacting a member of our team via chat immediately if you need to cancel an order and they will do their best to assist you.
