#76thBuild was a spec project, located in Scottsdale, AZ, completed in partnership with E&S Builders and Modern Splendor Homes. We love so many aspects of this home, and especially love that despite the open floor plan, we were able to create a sense of intimacy with finishes and furnishings. The kitchen in this project is equal parts aesthetic and function with the oversized kitchen island and pendants, double dishwasher and herringbone laid floor.
