Located in the heart of one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Arizona, this 1950’s, 96 square foot kitchen is full of functionality and was designed with cooking and entertaining in mind! Rather than blowing out the wall and doing a typical "open concept" kitchen, we decided to embrace and work with the existing footprint! Overall we went as classic and timeless as ODL can go while maximizing every single square foot. We came up with a creative concept of an eat-in breakfast bar in front of their window to save on space and bring in full functionality! The dutch door and window placement in this kitchen provides ample light and a sense of openness in this small space.
